Many entrepreneurs are currently experiencing a shortage of workers and losses because of this. I have noticed that more and more people are using the EB3 visa program to more or less stabilize their workforce. Can this really work for my business, namely a fast food restaurant?

Have any of your business acquaintances applied for the EB-3 visa program? And how long did they have to wait? As far as I know, this process is not fast, but it is very effective in case of a shortage of workers, because they will have to work for you for at least 12 months. And this is at least some stability, and not changing employees every couple of months. I am also now thinking of applying the EB-3 visa program for stable QSR workforce to my McDonald's. I have already found the website employer.eb3.work, which contains all the information about this visa and how to properly apply for all these documents. I think that in a couple of days I will do just that.
